User Experiance is not just a web thing #

When you think of user experience, you tend to think of it as a web thing, right? You’re not alone, so many new people to the industry do too.

I just wanted to say that’s completely wrong and not the case.

Things such as waiting a while for food to arrive in a resultant, buses not having change or a really smooth flight with no hiccups instil a positive or negative user experience on you, the user.

Some companies have managed to get this right, providing a positive user experience for most of it’s customers, wether that be a point of purchase or after care. Some on the other hand just can’t get it right. Is it that hard to know what your users want and give it to them?

If you own a company, look for areas where people seem to have trouble realising what needs to be done and help them out a bit. It will all help.
